The UAB BRD foreign company due to the expansion of its business in Belarus is looking for the candidateon the position ofs Business Development Manager / BOD brand manager.
Baltic Optical Dimension (BOD) is one of the leading modern laboratories in the Central and Eastern Europe producing spectacle lenses by Free Form technology.
Required working experience: over 6 years in sales and marketing

Business trips around the country and abroad
Duties:
Following company’s plan increase the turnover and number of sales, distribution and market share;
Increase number of clients, improve service and quality of sales to existing ones;
Development of CR-programs and motivation systems, special offers, campaigns etc. for B2B and B2C clients;
Negotiations with clients on the TOP level;
Company productspresentation, workshops,seminars and trainings to develop the market;
Analysisof marketneeds and demands, competition,legislation changes;
Regular reporting to the company’s head quarter/
Key Skills and Requirements:
Mandatory - high school or university degree;
Additional education, business courses and trainings will be an advantage;
Fluency in spoken and written English (business language) Upper-intermediate +. Other languages ??will be an advantage;
Experience in sales/marketing 6+ years, experience in international companies will be an advantage;
Experience in negotiating, convincing and achieving a positive result, while creating maximum positive, self-confidence and the ability to make a positive impression, competent argumentation of the one opinion. Desire to develop and conquer peaks;
Advanced PC-user (MS Office, Internet, 1C, knowledge of other programs as an advantage), experience with CRM-systems and databases;
Driving license, driving experience 5+ years. Usage of a personal caris preferable.
