Based on organizational structure requirements, offering a fixed-term contract due to an employee's upcoming maternity leave, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Russia. Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for communication with customers in the area of product ordering, shipments and payments. The CSS is managing the shipments process from order to execution of documents in close cooperation with the sales department, clients and WHs. The CSS collects requests and inquiries from the customers and forwards these to the relevant people in the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

• Orders processing in SAP accordance with customers’ commercial conditions and price-lists, coordination of shipments with 3PL provider and transportation company including collection of standard documentation (cargo acceptance, invoices, etc.);
• Working with different customers: DIY, Traditional Trade, Export
• Prompt and non-stop support of Sales & Marketing programs, coordination of relevant activities with all parties involved (Customers, Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Finance);
• Customers' claims processing.
• Interaction with customers on payments and debts according to the money collection policy.
• Reporting

Key Requirements:

• Higher education, technical back ground and/or past work experience with technical products is an advantage
• Previous experience 3+ years in a similar position including knowledge of inbound/outbound operations
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient user of SAP MM and SD modules as a must
• Stress resistant, good organizational and analytical skills, ability to work in team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of English both oral and written
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude; high level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
