European manufacturing company is looking for Customer Service Specialist for key account.

Responsibilities:

Major:

• Order handling (all types of packaging materials);

• Claims handling & reporting;

• Designs coordination;

• Forecasts and other volumes reports making and entering data into the relevant data base;

• Other related functions.

Special:

• Shipments and orders register maintenance;

• Deliveries planning and coordination;

• Orders fulfillment control / supplies prioritization;

• Proforma Invoices and shipping docs issuing for goods and services;

• Payments monitoring by customers;

• Coordination and technical support of all processes connected with corporate volumes reporting;

• Filling in data base, keeping contact with production plants' quality depts., replying to customers' letters of claims;

• Stock monitoring / in time pick up of;

• Deliveries/call-offs planning and coordination;

• Artwork supply coordination between customers and CPLs (=”converting plants”);

• Coordination of workflow with designers – freelancers;

• Set up of priorities for designs adaptation for CPLs repro departments;

• Monitoring of designs preparation workflow by CPLs repro depts. in order to be in time for production windows;

• Verification of prepared designs for mistakes and correspondence to customers’ expectations;

• Maintaining register of designs to be prepared in the pipe-line;

•Supplying customers with info and documents on standards and technical requirements for designs in all printing quality types;

• Solving everyday routine customers’ problems;

• Replying customers’ requests;

• Verification of incoming invoices for repro works and services from Company CPLs;

• Forecasts and other volumes reports making and entering data into the relevant data base.

• University bachelor/ specialist/ master;

• Previous experience 3+ years in a similar position;

• English – spoken and written Intermediate level;

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Office location: Sportivnaya metro station;
