Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the contracts with clients: assistance with different requests both pre- and after sales, products pricing, special offers and proposals negotiation.
• Taking part in the sale process with understanding the particular client needs and adding value to the clients' business.
• Improving conversion of clients from test stage to commercial stage.
• Resolving complicated technical and commercial offering issues with clients during presales (test) and commercial stage.
• Design of technical support processes in Huawei and 3data technical team (partner).
• Coordination of technical support between Huawei, 3data team (partner) and customer, control of meeting SLAs, control of technical tasks during maintenance and minimizing impacts on customer business.
• Improving level of our client support and their satisfaction in our cloud.
• Preparing deep reports and pipeline analyzes of clients who tried Huawei Cloud: client portraits, client needs and expectations, reasons both of success and failure moving to the cloud, which should lead to better service offerings in our cloud.
• Partner solution tests and implementation assistance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years on service manager positions in cloud providers.
• Fluent on English;
• OpenStack Experience;
• Linux experience (packages and apps installation, system configuration);
• TCP/IP knowledge (IP addresses, subnets/masks, gateways, basics of routing, ports/protocols);
• Willingness to learn;
• Windows Server editions experience;
• Experience in migrating load into cloud environments;
• IT support development and management.
