Business Line Manager Service department of Industrial Tools Business Area:

A dynamic person whose mission will be to develop and further grow the Service business line within Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to our key accounts in the automotive and general industry manufacturing sectors.
The position foresees full profit and loss responsibility of a team comprising of service technicians, sales men and operations and be part of the management team of the Industrial Technique Customer Center Russia and report to its General Manager.

He/She will expand our customer base, Service portfolio and drive the sales and marketing of service contracts and production optimization services on the market.
Part of this will be to make sure that the satisfaction of customers and employees is constantly improved and ensure that we have the right competence to meet the current and future demands at Service.

The main function is to facilitate profitable growth and customer satisfaction by:

- Real-time assessment of our business position in automotive and general industry manufacturing facilities (SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.)
- Development and execution of sound business plan for the growth and development of Service.
- Managing and supporting the Service team including individual targets, coaching and training plans.
- Development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts / distributors.
- Ensure the appropriate service training of products and services.
- Formal introduction of all new products to MVI & GI sales, Distributor sales and customers with specific value focus by segment and customer.
- To organize and manage regular and sustained marketing campaigns and activities including catalogues, promotions, exhibitions
- Development of positive relationships and complete customer satisfaction in all accounts.
- Accurate territory forecasting and reporting

Experience requirements?

The successful candidate will ideally have several years experience in Service management and sales, good technical ability and understanding.
Solid background in tools and assembly solutions is a plus. Knowledge in production technique is positive as well.

You master Russian and English, both written and spoke?

Educational requirements?

You have an academic degree and a background in sales as well as engineering.

Personality requirements?

You are a creative person who is good with people and used to people management. In your work, you are both strategic and operative and strive towards delivering creative customer solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, a very flexible approach to work, demonstrated influencing skills, excellent organisation skills plus good business acumen are the essential qualities needed for this role.
