We are looking for Senior .Net Developers/Team Learders for international projects.

The Lead .NET Developer will play a key role in strengthening our digital culture and capitalizing on our talent and capabilities. This developer will collaborate with PMBA, technical analysts, functional leads and team members to develop, build, and support system enhancements and applications using multiple technologies. A successful candidate thrives on mission-critical projects and is a self-motivated, innovative thinker that enjoys working on solutions that show technical breadth and depth, have experience designing, developing, and testing mission-critical applications.

What You Will Do

• Manage development team (6-10 devs) in establishing project priorities and deadlines

• Communicate and interact with business partners and customers to collaboratively define solutions to address key opportunities

• Develop designs and specifications based on business requirements

• Be Responsible for the scalability, robustness, and reliability of all solutions within the application area

• Be responsible for defining and following best practices

• Evaluate, suggest and implement third party software as needed

• Ability to jointly and independently make decisions, define required changes, and communicate modifications to entire project team

• Proactively consult industry best practices in software design and integration solutions

Experience and requirements

The following skills and knowledge are required:

• Technical lead experience is preferred

• Web service development experience is preferred

• 6+ years of experience working in an IT environment

• Good understanding of .NET platform

• Good understanding OOP and ORM principles

• Real experience in building multithreaded and high loaded applications

• 4 years developing using C#, JavaScript

• 4 years developing in object-oriented platforms

• Experience working with React, Redux, C# .Net Core, Terraform, Etcd, Kubernetes, Docker, Xamarin, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, XCode, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and Microsoft Azure

• Experience developing in an Agile/SCRUM Environment

• Strong business and technical acumen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Ability to keep informed of industry trends and technologies and apply them quickly through POCs or full applications

We offer:

• Working time: 5/2 since 9.00 or 10.00 a.m. to 18.00 or 19.00 p.m.

• Office is located in the center of Moscow, not far from Paveletskaya/Serpukhovskaya metro station
