Fortune Oil LLP offers an excellent opportunity for a temporary position of the Senior Lawyer (maternity leave replacement).
We are small and ambitious company with a strong Western type culture and friendly team of 15 people. We are striving to develop a new oil and gas field in a pre-Caspian region economically, environmentally and legally efficient way.

Job Description:
- To develop or participate in the development of legal documents;
- To carry out methodical guidance of legal work in the company, provide legal assistance to structural units in the preparation and design of various legal documents;
- To participate in the development and implementation of strengthening of contractual, financial and labor discipline, ensuring safety of property of the company;
- To conduct study and analysis of the results of consideration claims, judicial (including arbitration court) cases;
- To inform company employees on the latest changes to the applicable laws;
- To advise and consult company employees on legal issues.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry at least 3 years
- Fluent English and Russian – essential; Kazakh desirable
- Excellent recommendations
- Diploma of higher education in Law
