Forex Club is a product FinTech company. Our mission is to provide the opportunity for everyone to play, learn and trade. We are helping our clients to trade stocks, currencies, indices, commodities, gold, oil, gas and agriculture.

Now we are looking for Spanish speaking Sales Manager to join our sunny office in Montenegro, Podgorica.

Responsibilities:

• Stimulate the activity of customers to trade.

• Conduct negotiations / communication with customers, identify customer needs, introduces consumers to trade approaches.

• Fixes the information on the interaction with the client and the facts of activations and sales.

• Provide consulting support to clients associated with the activation of their trade through phone calls.

• Conduct market research necessary to advance our LatAm business

• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients.

• Generating new clients & retaining existing clients.

• Contacting new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

• Follow up on client matters.

• Relationship management.

Requirements:

• Higher education

• Work experience in sales 1-3 years

• Computer literate

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker

• Russian and/or English is mandatory

• Fast and high quality translation

• Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult cases to ensure a positive outcome for the company

• Conduct market research necessary to advance our LatAm business

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
