WHO WE LOOK FOR
Dynamic, meticulous and driven research professional with top-notch analytical and writing skills to promote INS Ecosystem’s thought leadership on blockchain and its applications in retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Demonstrated thought leadership at a leading research house or consultancy. Solid understanding of business problems in the industry and ability to educate readers on its key problems and needs as well the benefits of blockchain and decentralized applications is essential. Strong independent performer, with drive for analytical and thoughtful research pieces on dynamic and evolving matters. Will be the driving force behind production of high- quality content via analytical whitepapers, research pieces, opinion articles, surveys, etc. Opportunity to play a key role in forming INS view on a number of related matters as well as crafting our thought leadership strategy.

INS Ecosystem builds next generation scalable Blockchain-as-a-Service platform to provide the most "user-friendly" blockchain service for the retail and CPG industry. The enterprise-grade distributed ledger cloud platform helps increase business velocity, create new revenue streams, and reduce cost and risk by securely extending supply chain and other enterprise SaaS and on-premises applications to drive tamper-resistant transactions on a trusted business network. KEY RESULTS
• Develop a long-term and day-to-day though leadership and content generation strategy
• Educate the team internally and our key partners on new trends, opportunities and insights in
the industry. Manage and expand our knowledge base
• Write 3+ high-quality whitepapers on blockchain application in the retail and CPG space
• Write bi-weekly analytical pieces for the blog and social media
Coordinate placement opportunities with Head of PR. Get 10+ publications of opinion articles
and analytical pieces in 10+ top professional media outlets globally
• Establish a monthly insightful newsletter with research digest
• Speak at 3+ leading industry conferences

EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience in analytical capacity at leading research houses, management consultancies or in-house research within retail, CPG or tech companies
• Track-record of exceptional analytical publications on relevant subjects
• Past experience of crafting content strategy consistent with other corporate priorities
• Experience in engaging with the audience via speaking engagements, podcasts, blog, etc.
• Experience in client consulting is an advantage

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent writing and content structuring skills
• Ability to clearly convey novel and complex concepts to a non-technical audience
• Passion for deep research and finding the answers to difficult problems
• Working knowledge of key processes, pain-points, growth opportunities and disruptions in
retail and CPG industry
• Solid understanding of technology, especially in the enterprise and SaaS space
• Knowledge of blockchain and distributed ledger technology is an advantage
• Fluent or native written English
