Scope of the Role:

This position is responsible for establishing and keeping up with the preventive maintenance plan and budget of the below areas and organize the immediate corrective maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• facilitates uninterrupted and technologically correct maintenance and reliable operation of the equipment, increase of its replaceability, keeping it operable with the required level of accuracy;
• arranges for developing plans of inspection, testing, and preventive repair of the equipment in accordance with the provisions of the system of scheduled preventive repairs, approves the plans and controls their fulfillment;
• facilitates technical preparation of the manufacture;
• agrees plans (schedules) with contract organizations engaged in repairs, provides them with necessary technical documentation on a timely basis;
• takes part in completing title list of items subject to capital repair;
• organizes activities of taking records of availability and movement of the equipment, completing and composing technical and reporting documentation;
• controls development of regulatory materials related to repair of the equipment, to consumption of the materials during repair and operation activities, analyzes the parameters of their use, compiles estimates of repairs, completes requests for purchasing materials and spare parts needed for the operation of the equipment;
• prepares conclusions and opinions for draft standards, terms of reference and other documents related to reparability, reliability and firmness;
• takes part in the work of the committees engaged in the commissioning of facilities built and equipment mounted;
• with the use of personal computers, organizes basic works in managing and planning technical maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment;
• takes part in the organization of the accounting and safe-keeping of spare parts;
• arranges for the inter-repair maintenance, timely and quality repair and modernization of the equipment, works on increasing its reliability and durability, technical supervision of the condition, maintenance, and repair of buildings and structures;

Requirements:

• High technical education
• Professional experience: 3 and more years of experience as chief mechanical engineer preferably in international companies
• Experience in production
• Intermediate level of English
