The joint venture Russian Dredging & Marine Contractors, which brings together two leading international contractors specializing in dredging and offshore projects (oil, gas and wind) - Van Oord and Boskalis, invited to implement part of the Nord Stream 2 project, invites the HSE Coordinator

General:

• To monitor compliance with legal requirements, company policy and plans in company operations
• To ensure all authorized HSE documents on the Project are maintained, registered and adequately stored and readily retrievable
• To assist us in applying safe work practices and best practices pro-actively in all our work activities, resulting in increasing and maintaining a high level of Health, Safety and Security awareness

Specific and requirements:

• To ensure HSE audits and inspections are properly executed as per planning - to carry out inspections and follow-up the open action list (maintaining action tracker)
• To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental recommendations are communicated and followed-up
• To implement project standards ensuring cooperation between contractors
• To prepare regular company safety and environmental statistics
• To conduct regular site inspections and audits ensuring that the safety program and or requirements of the projects safety plan are adhered to
• Promoting continuous improvement through empowerment and involvement
• Ensure compliance with Client and legislative requirements
• Minimise disruption from our activities in the vicinity of the site; and build good relations with the general public and surrounding neighbors
• English language knowledge (Intermediate)
