Axamit is looking for an IT Recruiter to our Minsk office. We expect to onboard a professional to manage internet related activities of our company.

Our key clients are well known international brands located worldwide. That means the presence of the company on the internet has to be at the highest level. If you are ambitious enough to take this challenge and have the respective background don’t miss the opportunity!

Responsibilities:

- сontent writing, rewriting and copywriting;

- сreate and deliver content for press releases, media relations, blogs, case studies, executive bios, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, company website, and speaking proposals;

- сreating marketing and promotional materials, both physical and electronic;

- develop and enhance the business' online presence;

- create content that is ranked highly by search engines (content must contain keywords as possible pertaining to the product and/or service);

- manage and track search engine analytics, document, and report trends;

- monitor and track utilization, performance, and traffic analytics to optimize keyword and other search engine efforts;

- participate in developing and managing a company Marketing Strategy, Social Media Strategies, new age digital marketing strategies;

- event coordinating and preparation (conferences, trade shows, and meetups);

- design, build and maintain marketing social media presence;

- enhance and increase SEO presence and domain authority;

- work with marketing team to ensure branding and campaign creative is properly reflected in digital properties;

- work with CMS.

Requirements:

- excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both Russian and English;

- strong attention to detail;

- knowledge of Digital Marketing. Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in New Age and Digital Marketing;

- knowledge, experience, and expertise in working with social media platforms;

- ability to write, edit, proofread and revise communications;

- excellent working experience in desktop software applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsers, etc.;

- good interpersonal skills;

- good research skills;

- knowledge and experience with Google Analytics (recommended);

- knowledge and experience with SEO & Keyword optimization (high recommended).
