Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant (Treasury) to join the Finance Transformation group within the Consulting department at the Moscow office.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on, making a real contribution from day one.

The role will involve:

• Reporting to the project manager and/or service line leader (Finance Transformation group);
• Lead small/medium projects (treasury) or separate streams within key projects
• Working on any assignment that helps the team and contributes to the department’s goals;
• Understanding the client’s needs and addressing them in the deliverables;
• Developing project deliverables and meeting all deadlines;
• Leading teams on complex projects;
• Developing junior colleagues;

Requirements:

Hard skills

• Solid experience in Treasury, Treasury IT systems implementation, Treasury processes design
• Advanced knowledge of cash and liquidity management, financial instruments (loans, credits, covenants, FX, bank guarantee, guarantee facility, factoring)
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems (1C, SAP ERP)
• Experience in preparation of methodology documents
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Advanced knowledge in financial accounting and reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, RAS)
• Fluent written and verbal Russian and Intermediate level of English

Soft skills

• Strong interpersonal qualities – we’re looking for professionals who are mature, enthusiastic, persistent, flexible, persuasive, pragmatic, ambitious, innovative, insightful and can judge situations and people quickly
• Strong analytical skills, self-direction, team-orientation
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to travel

Previous working experience

• Experience or working in treasure in leading companies
• Record of achievement and rapid career progression

Education

• Higher education in economics, business, finance or accounting
• Professional qualifications such as DiIFR, ACCA, CPA, CIMA (would be considered as advantage)
