We’re currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help spread our message. Our newest team member will be responsible for planning and executing key initiatives and launches to encourage the growth and understanding of Capital.com.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product, engineering, and PR teams to ensure our strategy hits its mark.

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement and drive the product marketing strategy for Capital com apps;
• Be the central point of contact for all competitive information, including tracking marketing moves. Develop product value propositions, product positioning and messaging that differentiates our apps in the market;
• Analyse, monitor, and provide feedback on the industry itself and peer trends to ensure our content and positioning are relevant and compelling;
• Implement a win/loss analysis brand performance and report to the business on findings and recommendations;
• Deeply understand potential and current users and develop buyers’ personas for Capital.com apps. Help build compelling product offerings, develop competitive positioning and messaging for the target personas;
• Work closely with the Development team to create and follow the vision for the apps and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of technology product marketing and/or management experience;
• Ability to influence wide audiences at all levels, including executives;
• Work effectively with various specialist teams and colleagues based in a variety of countries;
• Track record of driving initiatives to successful completion in a fast-moving environment;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop market insight, marketing strategy, analyse campaign effectiveness and ROI;
• Significant experience managing suppliers to execute campaigns and projects;
• Natural storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• Understanding of either finance or fintech industries would be a bonus.
