Goal:

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator takes participation in the organization of HSE management system in the company and maintaining it at a high level, based on the requirements of the Russian legislation, policies and procedures of the company. Acts as an expert on labor and the environment related to the company's activities; takes part in monitoring the implementation of occupational health programs, health and the environment, which is recognized and supported by the management and employees of the Company. Through training, audits and advocacy raises awareness among in the field of occupational safety and improve safety culture in the company. These functions will be carried out in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP).

Major responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation and the Company's procedures in the field of occupational safety and health and the nvironment. Assessment of working places conditions according with Russian law regulation. Development and update official orders, letter to authorities and external companies related of HSE.
• Development and update risks assessment (Risks Portfolio, PRORA, WHRA, pSIF, Industrial Hygiene program, HAZOP, etc.). Development and update Safety Master Report. Analyze of new products.
• Induction HSE training for employees and contractors. Provide training and staff awareness of occupational safety and health. Organization of HSE trainings in external companies (occupational, fire, industrial safety, environment, electrician permission, first aid rules training).
• Occupational safety and industrial hygiene monitoring. Organization of primary and periodical medical check of employees. Organization of medical center (first aid service, medicines and first aid boxes). Personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Administration of HSE NET, KSO. Monthly reports in DMS. Develop and update SOPs, WIs, regulated documents of HSE development and review (include SELS).
• Control of contractors. Contractor’s HSE management (PPRs, licenses, orders, permits, control, etc.).
• Assessment contractors according with GL-8.
• The investigation of accidents and incidents. Fire safety. Environmental protection.
• Purchasing HSE services and materials as initiator and prepare documents for accrual (PR,
• Technical tasks, eTAS, SIM, SRM, DD, iCM). Walkthroughs and Near misses analyzes. Control of CAPA`s implementation.
• LTIs, TRCs, pSIF incident and near misses investigation. Development programs and projects of HSE activities (Be healthy, ATEX, SAMACO, LOTO, etc.).
• Novartis Emergence Management and Business Continuity.

Education, experience, qualifications:

• High education (technical).
• At least 2 years in the HSE of an international production company.
• Russian – fluent, English – upper intermediate level.
• Goal oriented, result driven.
• Listening skills.
• Communication and argumentation skills.
• Coaching and presentation skills.
• Multitasking, ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to motivate and involve others to HSE culture development.
