SPECIALIST ON SAFETY LABOUR AND ENVIRONMENT SECURITY IN ATYRAU

General:

Prime Aviation is seeking to employ SPECIALIST ON SAFETY LABOUR AND ENVIRONMENT SECURITY IN ATYRAU

Requirements:

• This position is only available for residents of Kazakhstan
• High Education with related qualification
• Good experience of work on the similar positions, preferences to the candidates with experience of work with TCO or a TCO contractor
• Good English level is a “ Must “
• Ability to work as part of a team and take general role on SAFETY LABOUR AND ENVIRONMENT SECURITY duties
• High level of self-discipline
• Ability to work well in a team, but also as an individual

Reporting to: Base Engineer in Atyrau

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Support, coordinate, and implement Prime Aviation Health, Safety, Security labor and Environment issues in Atyrau as per local rules and TCO requirements. This includes but not limited to the Tengiz Aerodrome, Hangars, A/C operations, drivers, and office personnel
• Manage and implement TCO HES requirements for Prime Aviation subcontractors
• Develop, implement, and document facilities audits in Prime SMS system (Safety Management System). In conjunction with management allocate the findings to the correct person and assist with the rectifications
• Take the lead in facilities audits from all associated authorities
• Local and TCO reporting regarding associated duties here within
• Manage and implement the Atyrau/TCO contract SMS implementation plan, coordination with Manager Quality and Safety
• Facilitate the risk management process that should include hazard identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation
• Actively work with TCO and the Manager Quality and Safety to implement new requirements. Monitor corrective action required in order to ensure accomplishment
• Develop and Maintain HES documentation as required by local rules and TCO, provide required reports on safety performance. To work in coordination with Prime’s Base Manager and Manager Quality and Safety

• To ensure full compliance and implementation with TCO’s HES rules, and Prime’s TCO contract local requirements

• Plan and organize staff safety trainings (Introduction trainings, first professional introduction training, aimed, planed trainings etc.). Identify, plan and arrange the required specialist’s trainings as required by TCO and Kazakh authorities. Let them develop the requirements properly
• Advise and assist Managers and employees on safety matters
• Oversee hazard identification systems
• Be involved in occurrence /accident investigations
• Support Prime’s TCO related contract by working with, cooperating, and guiding all employees
• Liaise with TCO, suppliers, and sub-contractors

• Take an active part on any inspections from different Authorities
• Manage contractual administrative compliance requirements from our customers including but not limited to TCO’s CHESM (Contractor Health Environment Safety Management Process) process
• Organize, coordinate, and manage Prime’s compliance with all local Kazakh rules and regulations relating to labour code, personnel training, hangar facilities, Tengiz Aerodrome
• Liaise and support Company to ensure the operation runs in a proper, continuous, efficient, and professional manner
• Lead all staff in Safety identification, mitigation, and rectification of findings
• Mentor staff to work in a safe and efficient manner. The TCO way.
• Any other duties as assigned by the President/CEO and Base manager

Conditions

• 3 months of probation period
• Medical insurance after probation period
• 24 calendar day’s vacation in total;
• Work schedule will be normal office hours, Monday-Friday.
• Location of working place in the Atyrau/Tengiz
