The PM is responsible for the economical success of projects managed by him/her.

• Search for new customers and support to existing
• Responsibility for the total handling of his/her projects towards the customer
• Guarantee of a smooth, quick and economic handling of the project
• Strategic support of his/her customers and projects
• Preparation and compliance with the terms of contract towards the customer
• Project costing
• Preparation of a delivery and assembly concept to the customer and coordination with the central logistic department
• Conceptual designs for plannings
• Responsibility to check offers and layouts made by colleagues in order to avoid mistakes and wrong ordering
• Supervision of the architects in the course of the defined projects
• Development of the customer relations in course of the defined project customers without pricing
• Go on site - site inspections
• Compliance of legal organizational regulations (legal guidelines, corporate commercial standard manual.)
• Costing of tenders; preparation of offers and orders
• Care about health and safety topics/education
• Monitoring of delivery and installation process on site
• Organize, realize and finally sign the taking over certificate with the customer
• Avoidance respectively professional and economical handling of complaints within the project as well as the communication to the customer and preparation of all needed information for the back office to start the process
• Provide all necessary information for invoicing accordingly to the agreed terms and conditions
• Contribution to the development of the team
• Responsibility for confidentiality of any information related to employer, projects, customers
• Responsibility for the personal advancement
• Active contribution to the development of the company by solution proposals
