Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Change Management Group within the Consulting Department at the Moscow office.

Responsibilities:

  • Take part in development and coordination of Change strategy and implementation plan
  • Plan and develop project communications: media analysis, communication plan, newsletters, posters, articles, communication materials for project meetings and events, etc.
  • Evaluate Client’s personnel readiness to change, identify organizational project risks and develop mitigation plan
  • Perform Change impact assessment, plan and track business readiness activities
  • Analyze target audience and define project stakeholders, engage stakeholders and manage their expectations. Coordinate efforts with Client’s team
  • Develop training approach; perform audience analysis and training needs assessment. Develop training program and schedule. Participate in training preparation, delivery and evaluation
  • Provide reports and regular updates on project status and results
  • Actively participate in internal initiatives of Change Management practice (Deloitte CIS)

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics / Sociology / PR / Marketing / HR
  • Excellent communication (oral, written) and organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Result-oriented and client-oriented attitude
  • Multitasking
  • Background in Big 4 / consulting firm or multinational / Russian "majors" would be an advantage
  • Experience in one of the following areas would be an advantage:
  • Organization transformation / Change management
  • Business processes analysis
  • Competency models analysis and development
  • Corporate culture transformation
  • Communications / PR
  • English – upper intermediate level
  • PC - MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Readiness to business trips
