Position purpose: this position exists to manage company strategy planning and coordination, as well as Competitive Intelligence activities. This person reports to Strategic Planning & Insights Manager and belongs to Business Decision Support department.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage strategic planning processes set up in Ukraine, support Management team in evaluating, defining and communicating strategic directions of the market; conduct analysis of company performance, assist in identifying trends within macro and business environment and provide advisory to short and long term business scenarios and forecasting.
• Coordinate Company’s strategic planning processes, prepare market decks, validate content and formatting, and submit them to HQ. Ensure communication of JTI strategic priorities across the company. Support all functions and teams priorities alignment with company level objectives.
• Prepare various business presentations on the base of Company’s strategy decks and in line with JTI Management team requests. Provide support to Management team and other functions in developing various business reviews and cases analysis. Coordinate and prepare ad hoc performance and planning reports required by Management team.
• Manage Competitive Intelligence projects, assess competitors’ activities and provide actionable insights. Support collaboration and communication with Competitive Intelligence functions in HQ and across other markets.
• Conduct regular Price and Consumer segmentations reviews. Support Portfolio initiatives, monitor competitors' reduced risks products activities and contribute to category potential identification.
• Manage the Reporting Repository, monitor and improve efficiency of company reporting.

Requirements:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Analytics/Strategy area, experience of working with tobacco category would be an advantage
• Fluent English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
