Deloitte is seeking a Service Desk Supervisor to join the CIS Technology Services (IT) Group within the Internal Client Services Department at the Moscow office.

The role will involve:

• Provide 1st level support to internal clients by phone, written request, or physical interaction;
• Install and configure computers and other equipment both hardware and software parts;
• Develop end-user documentation such as user guides, policies and procedures, training materials, etc;
• Assist other team members: knowledge sharing, team player;
• End user training: preparation of materials, courses handling, feedback collection.
• Lead Service Desk Teams across Russia and CIS (up to 10 people): RU, AZ, GE, AM.
• Cooperation with Procurement Team on equipment provisioning and budget process;
• Reporting preparation, review, analysis on monthly basis + upon request;
• Assets Management, License Management, Service Catalogue Management, Printing Service overview;
• Problem Management;
• Documentation on processes and policies preparation, update, review;
• Assist Service Desk Manager in a day to day operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software Win 8,10 as mandatory requirement;
• Practical knowledge of installation and maintenance of computers;
• Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
• Working experience in the same area for no less than 2 years;
• ITIL Certification is a plus;
• User-friendly, polite, patient; Able to explain technology in simple, understandable way;
• Ready to work under pressure\overtime;
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
