Your role:

As a Target Manager for Lead Generation in Recruitment, you will be required to have a strong analytical background, know your target audience perfectly, draw conclusions from online campaigns and minimize the cost per lead. We want you to understand that if you want to sell highly professional and special golf equipment you DO NOT target your audience by their interest in Tiger Woods.

What we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

Recruitment experience in an Agency
Fluent or almost fluent English language
Planning and analytical skillset (SWOT analyses etc.)
You have to know how to target people (understanding target audience, segmentation within target audience, initial result optimization etc.)
Experience in targeting – VK, FB, Twitter (LinkedIn – beneficial)
Ability to optimize landing pages for lead conversion. We are interested not in clicks but in the actual lead generation!
A/B testing
Minimizing price per lead and maximizing ROI and KPI
Analyzing traffic quality

Depending on experience, we offer a competitive basic salary + uncapped individual commission, with the opportunity to work towards bonus targets.
