Main responsibilities:

· Plan and optimize the Local laboratory processes in conformance with PMI guidelines, procedures, methods, Control Strategy and appropriate statistical tools for sampling and analysis. Implement PMI GLP;

· Define and ensure retentions of samples within appropriate storage conditions;

· Participate in lab measuring equipment qualification, ensure update consistency and validation of all related methods;

· Investigate and resolve critical deviations, contribute with appropriate corrective actions, define disposal actions;

· Ensure that all the test and analysis are carried out with calibrated instrument and validated methods;

· Ensure that all data are appropriately monitored and collected to allow, where applicable, batch release of RRP products;

We are looking to recruit a solution-oriented RRP Laboratory Engineer with:

· University degree in Biological, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;

· Upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) including subject proficiency;

· 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry, at least 1-3 years of professional experience in testing laboratories on engineering or technical positions;

· Knowledge of relevant standards and validation concept (ISO, GxP rules);

· Strong analytical and developed problem solving skills, ability to work with data, understand trends and find out reasons behind them;

· Well-developed IT skills (SAP, LIMS (Genesis/Gold), LESMES/IMEL will be an advantage), MS Office (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

· Fluent Russian.
