ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Legal support in all spheres of company activities;
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of internal documents, agreements and related documentation: service contracts with customers, vendors and suppliers.
Supporting meetings of Shareholders, Board of Directors;
Preparation of reclamations to the debtors of the Company and preparation of an answer to claims received by Company;
Preparation of legal actions for trial, filing the claims to the court, representation of Company’s interests in State agencies and courts and preparation documents for initiation of a court enforcement proceedings.
Report preparation to the HQ legal team upon request.
Legal support in the process of tax audits and other State authorities and preparation of the objections and other official answer to the reports of tax and other State authorities.
Analyze the arbitration court decision/reports of the tax audits and other state authorities’ reports for the purpose of minimizing legal risks in the period ahead.
Compliance with internal policies; ensuring full compliance with applicable corporate law and regulation;
Delivering clear, accurate legal advice to the staff and top managers

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Theoretical foundation of organizational and legal support of the company, the principles and methods of legal consulting.
Basics of civil, labor, fiscal, and administrative law, tax and customs legislation to the extent that is effective in the performance of their official duties.
Legislative and regulatory acts, decrees, orders and decisions of federal, regional and local public authorities, as well as regulatory and procedural documents of other controls governing the organizational and legal support to enterprises for business and commercial activities.
