Deloitte is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the CIS Technology Services department (IT) within the Internal Client Services department (back office) at the Moscow office.

The role will involve:

• Contribution to the design, implementation and testing phases of internal software development projects: reviewing system requirements and tracking quality assurance metrics; designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions; creating test plans and cases, planning and performing testing activities; tracking bugs and performing regression tests
• Evaluation of new technologies, standards, software product versions, and development tools within this area
• Working with the development team, business process experts and technical support staff
  

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Understanding of Web related technologies: HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS3, and REST API
• Experience with the Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio Test module is a plus
• Understanding of Agile principles; experience working with an Agile/Scrum development process
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
