The Client
The Client of K-Lane Consulting is an international leading company, selling mechanical parts to various industries (O&G, Mining, Automotive, Power…) using a network of Distributors. Due to the growth of the company, they are looking for a Maintenance and Repair Operation (MRO) / Aftermarket Manager who will develop the sales via actions with distributors and also end customers.
The Role
- Full business responsibility on Maintenance and Repair Operation segment in Russia being proactive to secure company sales
- Managing with autonomy the current customer portfolio and to set up new customers in order to achieve the defined targets and the expected growth
- Developing MRO business on focused markets through partnership and coordination with the company authorized distributors in Russia
- Getting orders and reinforcing the brand awareness, placing the company as a premium brand, providing services, technicity, advises and reactivity to the customers
- Supporting his/her commercial assistant at the HQ Customer Service, particularly considering prices issues and specific requests
Technical
- Managing technical proposals and offering with the support of R&D organisation and Application Engineers in Europe
- Translating drawings into Russian and contributing to their approval by the customers in order to develop Technological & Large Size solutions on MRO focused markets
- Being in charge of understanding the needs and requests of the end users in close connection with Business Unit, Marketing and Technical departments
Distribution
- Being involve with the most important visits, either to steel mill factories, mining or paper mills, and organising trainings and supporting for the final end users or MRO customers
- Maintaining a good relationship with distributors in Russia
The Candidate
- Higher Technical Education, in any industrial sphere (ideally in the Mechanical)
- At least 3+ years experience in similar role
- Independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and solution maker
- English
