We are an international band of technology and science geeks who love building amazing products. We are looking for a brilliant comrade to join our distributed team. Our HQ is in London, however, most of the tech team is based in Ukraine & Russia.

You will

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategy across various channels (SMM, SEM and email), both paid and organic;
• Focus primarily on lead generation, conversion and channel optimisation for student acquisition;
• Support the creation of a compelling content (ad copy, editorial, video etc) for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc;
• Bring us to the top of search for strategic search queries (SEO);
• Manage super targeted PPC campaigns (low budget, high impact), media buying;
• Lead digital marketing experiments - design, implement, measure, adjust;
• Become our go-to expert in user analytics.

About you

• 5+ years in the B2C digital marketing, preferably in the US, UK or EU markets for the 19-25 year olds;
• For you digital marketing = data analytics. You are insanely analytical and curious, you relish extracting insights from data. Measuring all things digital for you comes as a second nature;
• You are a digital marketing native, data-driven marketing is your credo. Social Media is your element, you have already done awesome things there;
• You have built and nurtured large communities on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/VK;
• Your English is fluent. You love writing amazing ad copy;
• You are a pro user or Google Analytics/Mixpanel, Google Adwords, Buffer/Hootsuite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Photoshop.
• You learn fats. Even if you do not know something you will become an expert in a few days. You are always learning.
• You are a hands-on action person, you get things done at a lightning speed, and you never stop.
