Stores Supervisor in Astana Hangar General

Requirements:

1. Good standard of English Language, both written and spoken.

2. Good computer skills. Experience with MS Excel and Word.

3. Experience in Logistic, store sphere

4. Experience in an Aviation Stores and an understanding or the procedures required for the storage of aircraft parts is preferable

5. High level of self-discipline

Responsibilities:

1. Control and operation of the Maintenance Organization’s Stores in Astana (stock take control on a regular basis).

2. Maintaining an inventory of stock and updating the recording system of stock on a regular basis. Understanding the notion of Inventory Management System – being able to learn the CAFAM program. Basic Computer Skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Programs (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).

3. Good Knowledge of English is necessary. Being able to communicate with Engineers, Management of the Company and Parts Suppliers in English.

4. Implementing and maintaining a system of tool and GSE control acceptable to RK CAC, EASA and in accordance with OEM recommendations.

5. Maintaining a record of Shelf Life Limited Parts, ensuring that parts issued on first in first out (FIFO) basis and disposing of life expired items.

6. Stock reporting to Finance Department.

7. Provision of related information to satisfy general queries originating from materials control, accounts and production.

8. Observing Health and Safety policies.

9. Temperature and Humidity control of the stores on a daily basis as per company’s procedures.

10. Observing company procedures and MOE.

11. Run the stores in accordance with EASA 145 and CAC RK regulations, being able to pass yearly audits against those safety rules, as part of validation of EASA 145 certificate.

12. Collect and deliver spare parts and materials from one point to another upon request helping Store and Logistics Supervisor to arrange export or import.

13. Accomplishing other duties as reasonably directed.

Conditions:

1. Place of work –Hangar in Astana city

2. 5 days of work and 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday)

3. Schedule from 8 30 – 17 30, overtimes are possible

4. Medical insurance after 3 months of probation period

5. Annual vacation 24 days.
