International IT services company is looking for a proactive and results-driven candidate for the position of Head of HR (Ukraine offices).

The company offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of more than 500 IT professionals in Head Office in The Netherlands and development centers in Ukraine, Romania and Serbia.

Main responsibilities:

• Global and local HR policies development and implementation; ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization
• Coordination of work of HR Department (12 people)
• Responsible for senior level decision making and both day-to-day management and strategic direction of the organization
• Coordination of internal and external events successful implementation
• Talent acquisition and retention:

• labor market analysis (compensation and benefits, events and trends, legislation changes etc.)
• coordinate full cycle of recruiting in UA (strategy, planning, development, implementation and control)
• insure successful recruitment and retention of people on key roles in the company
• ensuring a high level of personnel selection in accordance with the Company's internal values and HR approaches
• internal communications (employees hand book, corporate events organization, other HR activities making levi9 an attracting place to work with/in)
• training and development (training programs design and planning)
• regular personnel assessment activities

• Developing and optimization of compensation and benefits politics in the Company
• HR-statistics (metrics and regular reporting system implementation and control); recruiting budget planning and execution
• Day-to-day communication with Delivery and Account management
• Provide day-to-day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, retention etc.

Candidate requirements:

• More than 5 years' leading HR role experience in a dynamic growth environment
• Experience in IT recruitment, understanding of IT Ukrainian market and trends
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies; proven track record in personnel attraction and retention projects
• Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioral styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and to make informed decision around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships
• Capability to assess the effectiveness of implemented projects and initiatives in terms of business interests
• The ability to inspire confidence of the CEO and other senior managers through timely delivery of information and plans. Works independently of CEO, but consults where appropriate
• Flexible, tactful, mature and able to successfully work in a multitasks mode
• Proactive, result-oriented and self-driven
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English
