Requirements:

- English - Upper Intermediate B2;

- Technical Background, understanding of Web and Mobile Technologies;

- Commercial experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years;

- Understanding of project management techniques (Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Lean);

- Proactivity;

- You'll be responsible for the whole project and not one;

- Focus on results and team efficiency;

- Perfect soft skills

As a plus:

- Even better English level;

- Experience with services like JIRA, Confluence, Pivotaltracker, GitHub, Gantt Charts etc;

- Past experience in the development will totally make your life easier;

- Prior experience in a Business analyst role;

- Prior experience in working with startups.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the full cycle of development, from estimating to support after release;

- Suggest the best ways of solving problems;

- Be responsible for building a project plan as well as following it during the development;

- Make sure the process is efficient and development resources are allocated in a best way;

- Daily meetings, retrospectives with the team;

- Daily communication with client, reports;

- Manage several projects at the same time;

- Communications between different teams.
