This leadership role will develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan to ensure Oxagile's engineering departments ongoing growth and success.

The individual will drive several engineering departments, by bringing innovative solutions and practices to build individual skills, capabilities and organizational competences, technical skills, business knowledge and industry knowledge.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will combine:

• big-picture and innovative thinking
• strong software engineering background
• experience in building, running and leading high performing, autonomous engineering teams in complex environments
• fundamental understanding of the principles of Agile and Lean development
• experience in architecting of distributed systems
• delivery mindset
• excellent communication and presentation skills, whether to the engineering team, to business stakeholders or to our leadership team
• proven experience of creating a forward-thinking technology culture
