☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

• Provides support and assistance to RA Certification Supervisor as requested
• Advises Supervisor of any gaps in processes and provides proposals to rectify them
• Leads the certification group in Atyrau, provides advice, guidance and training to junior team members
• Organises progress meetings and issues minutes and also delegates such tasks
• Undertakers mini-projects related to the organisation of the certification work as directed by the Supervisor
• Will have own scope and will be responsible for all certification activities associated with a specific set of POs from MR sign off to approval of all certificates for these POs
• Keeps track of all activities in Master Register / Certification Trackers as applicable
• Interfaces with Tengiz workgroups regarding provision of certificates and sampling activities
• Interfacing with other project groups relative to own scope and scope of FB certification group – procurement, expediting, logistics – produces status reports for them as required
• Provides input regarding FB POs and certificates to site reporting matrices
• Provides input to Look Ahead table and participates in bi-weekly interface meetings, ACR, MSR meetings, stakeholder meetings for those POs within FB scope
• Obtains specific information from Responsible and Project Engineers as required
• Maintains a witnessing / visit schedule to suppliers / manufacturers if required and implement and coordinate it with Firecon, Project, and Suppliers
• Participates in trips to manufacturer’s plants both in RoK and abroad to assist Project Certification Contractor to certify such plants
• Answers certification questions related to specific POs and contracts within their scope
• Reviews new engineering MRs, executes processes for HS Code/certification alignment, sampling, witnessing, approval of certificates, movement of hardcopy certificates
• Supervises work of Firecon, expedites Firecon activities, reviews matrices/registers etc as required to expedite the certification process for the given scope
• Helps to solve problems as requested by Supervisor
• Organizes group activities as instructed by Supervisor
• Reports to Supervisor on group activities, provides status reports covering scope of responsibilities

• Shall be educated to degree level and must be fluent in both English and Russian languages
• Minimum 6 years previous experience on major oil and gas project is essential
• Minimum 4 years previous experience in RoK/EAC Certification on a mega project
• Fluent English and Russian essential
• Leadership skills including tactfulness when dealing with internal and external issues required
• Proactive, responsible, person with a keen attention to detail, and flexibility to adjust approach during execution of activities, as well as multitask, whilst maintaining priorities
