Our client - a company engaged in the production of innovative and high-quality pharmaceutical products. All products are developed in cooperation with well-known manufacturers of pharmaceutical products (EU, Israel). We're looking for a specialist to fill in the vacancy of the Product and Field Force Manager.

Cause of vacancy incurrence - Market access and starting operations in Ukraine

Requirements:

• Higher education - medical or pharmaceutical
• Minimum 2 years in Product management or Field force management position
• Good knowledge of English is a must

Responsibilities:

• Planning short term marketing plans and executing them
• Planning short term marketing activities
• Preparation and implementation of the planned marketing activities
• Follow up and analysis of the sales results and realization of marketing budgets. Preparation and implementation corrective measures in order to achieve sales targets
• Cooperation with KOLs, Professors, Pediatricians and pharmacies
• Preparation of working plans and instructions for medical representatives
• Planning and preparation of trainings/education in product knowledge for medical representatives
• Double visits with medical representatives in order to evaluate and upgrade their marketing and sales skills
• Presenting products on pediatric meetings, symposiums and congresses
• Translation of marketing materials from English to Ukrainian
• Delivering regular reports to the direct report manager, according to the corporate standards for reporting
