Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing candidates (passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, coordinating in-person interviews, post-interview follow-up, and reference checking
• Present job offers to qualified candidates, discuss compensation requirements, and negotiate terms
• Regularly manage candidate database and maintain communication with candidates
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, as well as making recommendations to management to help fulfill their needs
• Schedule interviews with internal clients as needed along with preparing candidates for the interview process
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of current/previous recruitment experience
• Knowledge of hardware and manufacturing concepts, terminology and skill sets
• Ability to work remotely
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
• Earnest and dedicated focus on recruiting activities
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and deadlines
