Specific-Group Software Solutions?develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, USA and Russia. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno).

Currently we are seeking for a Technical Lead Engineer?to join one of our projects.

New SaaS solution in the financial sector without legacy code.
Our customer Additiv partners with the world’s leading financial institutions to help them capitalize on digitalization. Its market-leading DFS (Digital Finance Suite) is an orchestration engine that lets financial institutions quickly launch new propositions and maximize customer engagement via different products & solutions (Hybrid Wealth Manager, Wealth Robo Advisor, Wealth Solutions Builder, Credit Engine and Risk Analytics Dashboard).
DFS is a cloud-native WealthTech platform with advanced technologies using microservices-based approach. The platform is linearly scalable; supporting banks, wealth and asset managers of any size with the highest level of availability. We’re looking for strong engineers to join our fast-growing team to design & develop new parts of Embedded Wealth Solutions platform which allows brands to easily embed wealth management into their offering. The platform connects brands with our regulated and fintech ecosystem partners to deliver the end-to-end customer journey and fulfilment.

Responsibilities:?

• Main task: creating a new SaaS solution called "embedded wealth" for the financial sector and family offices

• Work effectively and individually with technical and non-technical team members and directly with clients to solve problems that matter most

• Take accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of the client required project work in terms of software engineering

• Exercise independent judgment of the software engineering and technology approach chosen

• Facilitate technical meetings, demonstrate consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors and scrum team members alike for technical advice and guidance

• Share our values of employees first, customer-centricity, common sense, trust and discipline resonate with your work

• Collaborate?with?all teams and?architect involved into delivery process to ensure ongoing coverage of requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years working experience in software engineering activities

• Previous experience in leading teams

• Solid skills in the Microsoft technology stack with SQL Server, .NET, C#, TFS, GIT, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, XHTML, MVC, Web API, IoC, XML, SOAP, WCF, RESTFul, MQ, FIX, SMTP, WCF, GraphQL

• Deep understanding of microservices, containerization and distributed systems

• An understanding of messaging and integration is important

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management industry, understanding of domain driven design in the banking development world

• Deep experience in Agile projects

• Basic understanding of DevOps and Pipeline Management

• Good understanding of working with multi language, multi brand, multi-currency applications on various infrastructure configurations is a plus

• Intermediate+ written and verbal communication in English

• Ability and enthusiasm to work in a global and multicultural environment

Will be plus:

• Hands-on working with technologies like Kafka

• Having worked for a fintech

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• German language
