Education:

Higher professional (technical) education

Experience:

Work experience on a similar position or Deputy Manager at least 3 years

Knowledge of languages:

Kazakh, Russian, English. Knowledge of Turkish is a plus

Computer literacy:

Experienced user of office PC programs (MS Office).Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat

Must know:

Legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, guidelines and methodological materials on issues of labor protection and the environment;

Methods of studying working conditions at workplaces;

Organization of work on labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation and fire protection;

The system of labor safety standards; psychophysiological requirements to workers based on the severity of work

The main technological processes of construction and installation works

Duties:

Control of: compliance with the requirements of laws and other regulatory legal acts on HSE of the Republic of Kazakhstan; provision and proper application of means of individual and collective protection in accordance with the requirements of labor protection.

Organization, methodical management of the certification of workplaces for working conditions, certification of work on labor protection and control over their conduct.

Together with representatives of relevant departments or other authorized representatives of employees organizes inspections of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machines and mechanisms, additional devices, means of collective and individual protection of workers, the state of sanitary and technical devices for compliance with occupational safety and health requirements,

Development of documentation in terms of labor protection requirements.

Together with other departments develop plans, programs to improve labor conditions and protection, prevention of occupational injuries, occupational diseases, diseases caused onsite

Organizational and methodological assistance in the implementation of planned activities.

Assisting the heads of departments in compiling lists of professions and positions, according to which workers must undergo mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations.

Preparation of Republic of Kazakhstan reports according to the approved forms

Advising managers of the company on labor protection issues.

Development and revision of labor protection instructions.
