Role Overview

YBS is growing its Operations team. If you are customer-oriented and service-minded, diplomatic communicator, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and meet or exceed clients` expectations, you are the one we are looking for. As a HR/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering local and international HR/Payroll services to our customers in Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our customers and deliver both local and international HR/Payroll solutions
• Handle ongoing queries from employees and customers
• Ensure project deliverables are prepared on time and of the highest quality
• Prepare, verify payroll calculations and HR documents ensuring correctness and compliance (with support of external providers)
• Prepare, reconcile, control invoices and payments
• Maintain our country knowledge base
• Execute the end-to-end hiring process, provide immigration support (occasionally)
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Russian labour law and/or payroll tax legislation
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a HR/Payroll/Relocation Specialist (or Junior Specialist, Assistant) or similar role in outsourcing company
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• English – Upper-Intermediate (Advanced level would be advantageous)
• Proactive mindset, passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize the tasks and manage own workload in order to perform the tasks effectively and in a timely manner
• Readiness and desire to work fully remote, from any Russian city

Would be a great advantage

• Consulting and/or project/account management experience
• Experience with obtaining work permits, residence permits, employment-related visas, relocation support
• Practical knowledge of recruitment principles & techniques
• Knowledge of labour law and/or payroll taxation of other countries
