Обязанности работника:

• Senior Authority for all electrical safety for a defined area within the SC project.

  Direct the Duty Electricians on priorities and work scope liquidation
• Support the System Completions (SC) Electrical Dept. as required in order to facilitate efficient liquidation of work scopes
• Responsible for the control and safety of all electrical equipment in the defined switch rooms, EEOs and RIEs.
• To ensure the electrical plant and associated equipment is commissioned in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with all local RoK statutory requirements
• Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with KKTS and TCO’s HS&E policy, procedures and Safety Management System
• Be familiar with and follow the SC Project’s Golden Rules for Health and Safety at all times
• Comply with all relevant HS&E policies and procedures where appropriate
• Actively participate and support all Health, Safety & Environmental plans, initiatives and improvements
• Develop and implement individual training plans prior to assessment as Competent/ Authorised Electrical Persons. Responsible for assessing and evaluating candidates for Electrical Competence
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis during any investigations as required
• Carry out and lead MV electrical equipment isolations and MV zero energy verifications.
• Carry out electrical equipment MV de-isolations and MV ‘de-isolation for test’ procedures.
• Interpret Process and Instrument drawings(P&IDs), Vendor Electrical Schematics and any other relevant Electrical Schematics or Single Line Diagrams
• Support tool box talks and coach any workers to improve safety during work execution
• Complete permit and isolation audits under the direction of the Electrical Isolation Authority or the PTW lead as per Kentech or TCO requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Требования к работнику:

• Knowledge of best practices and procedures in line with large-scale industrial projects such as; Permit to Work Systems, Isolations Procedures, Work Planning and Zero Energy States. This also included Job Specific Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks.
• Experience validating and applying Electrical Isolations
• Proficient in the use and operation of HV/MV and LV voltage detectors with proving units for testing for zero energy states
• Good Knowledge of General Electrical Installation Standards electrical testing and proving dead
• Accepting, writing and/or signing Permits, Risk Assessments, Tool Box Talks in the capacity of front line user.
• Previous experience in a similar position (5+ years)

• Preferred experience

• Experience working on, commissioning, and proving dead on the following equipment; Electrical Transformers, Compressors, Diesel Engines, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, and DCS systems
• Experience working on a large-scale multi-discipline industrial site with a multi-national team.
• Experience working within an electrical commissioning team or with a commissioning team
• RoK Electrical Safety Level 5
• written IT literate (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrable ‘team player’
• Strong team working and communication skills both verbal and
• Preferred: Good understanding of technical English and/or Russian
