Liquidity Management IT is hiring bright UI/UX Designers to work on projects in the area of Liquidity Management. The projects are the large-scale transformation of the application landscape, building modular architecture, delivering new products and services, and serving as foundation for new business/revenue models.

Successful candidate will join the agile development team and be responsible for full life-cycle of UI/UX design, from requirements gathering and user research to verification of UI adherence to design guidelines and processing end users feedback. Main focus will be on identifying user problems through user-centric design best practices, and creating design solutions to reconcile these user problems, with an ultimate goal to deliver modern web UIs for new products and services with outstanding user experience.

He/she will report to the team lead located in Russia, and will work in close collaboration with the respective business departments and local and remote designers/analysts/developers/project managers from partnering teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Create innovative user interface designs for new features/products and improvements
• Drive UI requirements gathering and user research, including definition of user personas, usability studies and market analysis
• Focus on the interaction that users have with liquidity products, and make those everyday interactions useful, enjoyable, and accessible
• Create and revise information architecture documents to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas, including but not limited to: site maps, user personas, research, user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, content matrices, flow diagrams/process maps, and detailed design requirements/specifications.
• Develop and communicate detailed design and requirements through all stages of the SDLC
• Work closely with end users, BAs and developers to define and implement features for outstanding user experience
• Promote and enforce common product style guides to ensure unified UX across different CB products

Experience / Requirements (Required)

Technical Skills:

• Very good hands-on experience in UX design for Web applications – 3+ years (or less if you're awesome)
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent UI/UX design skills
• Highly proficient in UI design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Expertise in User-Centric Design Principles and Practices
• Ability to formulate UX design strategy and communicate it to the product team
• Very good written and spoken English is a must
• Solid proficiency with HTML+CSS, prototyping skills, JavaScript skills - is a big plus
• Experience in planning, designing and executing User Research methodologies - is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience working collaboratively with developers, product owners, and analysts
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Good team player, open to communicate and collaborate
• Attention to details, discipline
