☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

VOCHI is now looking for a professional to manage our operational finances and financial reporting.

• Develop financial analytics and reporting to lead business improvement and cost reduction;

• Provide monthly/ quarterly/ yearly management reports and daily analytical reports;

• Manage short-term cashflows and payments, including traffic acquisition and revenue collection;

• Medium-term planning of P&L, cashflows; reforecasting;

• Long-term business and investment planning to deliver on our key financial goals and to support fundraising.

• 3+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, management consulting;

• Great research skills, demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ability to deep dive into complex topics and generate actionable insight;

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing with people at all levels in an organization, in Russian or Belarusian, and English;

• Strong analytical and business modeling skills, understanding statistical and valuation concepts. You should be completely comfortable crunching numbers :)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, knowledge of tools for building dashboards and data visualization;

• Energetic, cooperative and hands-on attitude, desire and ability to get things done;

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English;

• Scrupulousness and attention to detail.

Would be an advantage:

• Professional experience in IB/Big4;

• Experience in CFA Research Challenge;

• CFA started would be greatly appreciated;

• Completed Go Practice program;

• Understanding of user acquisition, digital marketing, and product management;
