What this job involves:

• Leading hard services program and the vendor management incl. engineers and technicians for the JLL hard services team.
• Provide technical and EHS support on all technical service lines, including PTPs, work permits, inductions to suppliers, etc.
• Maintenance engineering and management of Electrical and Mechanical scope including:
  • Electrical / UPS, generators, primary switch gear
  • LSS systems
  • Cooling systems / Chillers
  • Compressor systems and dryers
  • Boiler and burners
  • Water treatment
  • AHU / Ventilation systems
  • Cooling Towers

• Manage maintenance budgeting and finance – identifying cost-savings capabilities
• Ensures all PM/CM activities scheduled and completed accordingly (working with Client and JLL online tools).
• Keeping technical documentation, instructions, drawings, and specifications about equipment, devices, engineering systems or structures updated and in accordance with the law.
• Adhere to all site policies of the Facility.
• Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle policies, procedures and standard practices.
• Assist with preparing, maintaining and submitting reports and records to the Client and IFM team.
• Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectations.
• Vendor/ outsourcing procurement.
• Safety and Quality management.
• Team leadership, training and development of direct reports.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

• 5-8 years professional experience lead engineering or technical management role, construction, operations or equivalent in utilities/facilities environment.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Practical understanding of the Maintenance of Mechanical and/or Electrical Systems in a large industrial environment.
• Knowledge of local codes.
• Medical clearance and technical licences are obligatory.
• Experience in leading a technical team.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
• Very good English skills written and oral.
• Excellent IT Skills, particularly in Excel and presentation of technical data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to go the extra mile when required and innovate.
• Ability to work to tight timescales.
