Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure, servers and office workstations
• Timely research, resolves, responds and troubleshooting to user issues/problems/questions
• Setting up and maintaining the server infrastructure
• Configuring and Supporting Networking Equipment
• Support Active Directory infrastructure and related systems
• Installing and Configuring Peripherals
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Performance of routine maintenance, applications, and incidents
• Follow Security and Compliance best practices

Must have:

• 1+ year of experience in maintaining a computer park of 20+ machines, diagnostics and replacement of components
• Strong knowledge of Windows
• Basic knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Confident knowledge of the principles of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP / IP, STP, VLAN, group policies)
• Administration skills of Windows server 2012 \ 2016
• Excellent understanding of computers
• English: pre-intermediate, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
• Initiative, teamwork, ability and desire to work in multitasking mode

Would be a plus:

• Experience with VMWare ESXi
• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with MS SQL server
• Managing access rights, File Server service quotas
• Experience with Zabbix, syslog
• Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, other vendor certifications are welcome
• Spoken and written English (pre-Intermediate or higher)
