Oxagile, a leading-edge full-cycle custom software development company, is looking for a proactive, experienced Senior DevOps Engineer/Architect to join our Minsk office.

You will work at the challenging projects that utilize state-of-the-art technologies and deliver value to high-profile clients across Europe and the United States brands such as Disney, JumpTV, Discovery, Google, Vodafone, etc.

Project: The client's solutions and services are used around the world by hundreds of content producers and distributors, including:
- public broadcasters like BBC or Russia Today
- commercial networks and operators (Canal+, FOX, Orange)
- sporting organizations
- government organizations

Responsibilities:

• Collect functional and non-functional requirements, getting architectural context
• Streamline the development process, optimize or rebuild CI/CD processes
• Identify, communicate and develop the interaction process with stakeholders
• Find optimal solutions
• Manage a team for project processes integration and automation
• Maintain architecture documentation
• Develop and implement architectural processes
• Develop digital transformation plans and monitor their implementation

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile software development approaches
• Experience with automated testing
• Advanced knowledge of CI tools (Jenkins/GitLab/Bamboo)
• Strong automation skills (tool agnostic) and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes
• Advanced knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible/Chef/Terraform/Packer)
• Ability to clearly document and communicate key facts and information
• Product-centric mindset
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling integration in support of the SDLC
• Experience designing highly available systems
• Design and implement best practices as company standards
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Atlassian stack

Desired Skills:

• API interaction
• Familiarity with iCare, iProject, Morgus, Aha!, iTest, Microsoft Teams, SVN, and Bitbucket
• Knowledge of identity providers
