Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work both from offices and remotely across the world.

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who will be responsible for:

• Communication with customers (mainly from the US): assess incoming data and project specifics, give time estimates regarding the staffing process, help diagnose bottlenecks, troubleshoot, streamline, and optimize the existing daily staffing procedures

• Collaboration with Quantori sales team, VPs, technical project managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders

• Managing the procurement process, which includes responding to proposal requests and bid invitations

• Participation in pre-sale activities and extending team presence on a project

• Building pipelines and processes

• Team staffing and formation

What we expect:

• 7+ years of experience in delivery management in IT area (experience in a service IT company will be an advantage)

• Well versed in managerial concepts, methodologies, and metrics

• A proven ability to present information clearly and effectively

• Able to take responsibility and accomplish tasks and processes at all stages

• Experience in delivering projects (at least one) with an overall budget of $0.50M (or more) per year

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (advanced or higher) and Russian

• Advanced communication and collaboration skills
