Are you passionate about creating world class solutions? Can you solve almost any problem and participate in creating high-load, scalable and useful solutions? Please bear with us for a minute.

You are going to dive into a full software development cycle, starting from understanding the problem and where the pain is, assessment phase of current approach (if it exists) and moreover to propose various options of building a new solution using best practices and technologies.

We are looking for experienced and mature specialists to help us build even better products and solutions for large enterprises around the globe.

What is an ideal candidate for that position?

• Has minimum 5+ years of experience

• Easily communicates with people in English, can express ideas and concepts to others (minimum Intermediate level)

• If that is necessary - can solve almost any complex task from the beginning to the end without any assistance outside

• Has experience developing software using different architecture approaches like: component based, micro-services, event-drive, service-oriented and others

• Has experience building high-load and high-availability systems

• Eager to know better ways of solving the tasks

• Has a broad view which is not limited with current domain

• Has experience in consulting large enterprises

• Understands somebody else’s code and knows how to improve it

• Tests own code and understands why it is a good idea

• Understands the essence of agile and traditional approaches in software development process

• Participates in open source community, writes own blog

• Writes well documented code

• Strong debugging skills

• Experience with batches and scheduling batches

• Experience in implementing and configuring network monitoring tool
