We are Small Talks, an online foreign language school! We teach English as well as other foreign languages ??in the unique self-titled format, which contributes to the development of conversational skills and makes it easy to integrate learning process into life.

We help our students of all age groups to overcome the language barrier through everyday speaking practice. Moreover we offer English for Specific Purposes, including English for Business, Aviation, IT, Tourism, etc. and preparation for the international exams.

Our project is evolving rapidly, we are gaining recognition, and the customer traffic is growing, so we are looking for new teachers all the time.

We work according to our own Small Talks methodology: short 15 - minute classes that can be combined into longer classes - 30, 45 minutes, etc. in WhatsApp / Skype / Zoom / any other messenger!

Responsibilities:

• Present online lessons in a comprehensive professional manner
• Deliver personalized instruction to each student based on his/her educational goals
• Keep daily reporting on our own platform
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in regular school meetings
• Evaluate and track students’ progress and provide feedback

Qualifications for Foreign English Teacher:

• Degree in teaching and/or linguistics with a certificate in education.
• Level of the language C1+
• Excellent pronunciation
• You are ready to work at least 20 hours a week and work on weekends, if necessary
• Proven experience as a teacher (tutor) for children and / or adults
• Your experience in preparing for the exams such as ОГЭ/ЕГЭ / IELTS / TOEFL / GMAT automatically becomes your advantage
• You’re creative and energetic
• You are initiative and are ready to take part in our meetings, lectures and social media content making
• You have excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of other foreign languages ??is certainly a plus
• The ability to work with a laptop / computer, a headset with a microphone and a camera, stable high Internet speed!
