An international financial company is searching for perseverant and dedicated workers with fluent English communicating skills who are eager to successfully climb the career ladder and receive a decent remuneration for efforts and time spent at a workplace.

Working conditions:

• Salary: fixed rate (400$ for beginners and 500$ for experienced workers) + % from each of the closed deals with clients + high and flexible system of bonuses and other perks for best employees!
• Salary is paid twice a month according to Ukrainian Labor Code
• Training courses for newcomers and weekly trainings for experienced employees

Requirements:

• Holding phone conversations with customers from around the world (Europe, the UK, Canada, South Africa, Asia)

• Maintain the effectiveness of sales department
