International Charitable Foundation «SOS Children's Villages» is looking for a professional to join our team at the position of SENIOR CORPORATE FUNDRAISER (with team leadership function).

Requirements:

• University degree in the field of international business development / marketing, sales / business administration / business management / public relations or communications;
• At least 5 years verified experience and results in the field of fundraising, sales or marketing at international NGOs or at multinational companies;
• Excellent negotiation skills, experience in negotiations and management of business partners;
• Strong people management skills and experience on a leading position;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Successful relationship- and network building skills with different types of stakeholders at different levels of various organisations, companies, business partners;
• Innovative and creative, claiming and demonstrating high professional standards;
• Positive working attitude and ability to work under pressure;
• Highly organised, result-oriented, proactive and reliable, good team player;
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities;
• Strong motivation to identify with the vision, mission and values of SOS Children’s Villages.

Main responsibilities:

• Fundraise from big corporate multinational / local enterprises and foundations by partnership negotiations;
• Supervise and lead the national fundraising team;
• Implement and update the national corporate fundraising strategy;
• Develop the annual fundraising business plan, budget and supervision on the development of the annual corporate fundraising tools;
• Lead the account management;
• Build and develop long-term partnerships with new corporate donors;
• Build networks, position the SOS Children’s Villages as a strong and consistent brand;
• Support and monitor the corporate fundraising performance, market and competitor monitoring and analysis;
• Foster national capacity building in all areas of fundraising;
• Define, implement and fulfil the fundraising strategy reflected in the business plans;
• Drive fundraising innovation in all fields of fundraising like products, channels, target groups, database solutions etc.
