Responsibilities:

Fully follow HSE standard “HSE Program Site”, perform project HSE tasks, apply and manage Electrical Safety on site
Implement, co-ordinate and administrate all activities with the Site Management team, allocated Contractors and involved third parties
Carry out Construction Control, organize and coordinate of construction activity according to construction schedule, design documentation, specifications, design guidelines, Russian regulations and Company standards
Document and solve problems regarding construction and engineering deficiencies on site as well as inform and discuss problems and deficiencies with the affected discipline
Participate in client meetings, regular construction meetings, regular construction inspections as per Site Management request
Daily inspect of construction activities on site including spot-checks and participation in the execution of acceptances of the contractual scope of work of contractors for E&I discipline
Control of the Quality Control system in accordance with Russian и Company standards
Implement and supervise the correct handling and up-date of log-files for M&DS, Method Statements, RFI, CR, QCF, TQ, ITP, SI, VOR, VO, correspondence and invoices
Check and control preparation of MC dossier and as-built documentation
Ability to solve site related issues/Support to Site Technical Queries (STQ)

Required knowledge and skills:

The Candidate shall possess a recognized Degree in E&I Education
Work experience as E&I Superintendent in oil and gas or chemical plants, QA/QC experience is additional advantage
Be able to work independently and have the ability to Lead a E&I contractor for oil & gas / petrochemical projects
Good working knowledge of relevant computer applications and software
Fluent general and technical English
