Maire Tecnimont Group is an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top-ranking worldwide engineering contractors.

Tecnimont is responsible for the execution of the “Delayed Coking Unit” (DCU) Project, to be implemented inside the existing Omsk Refinery. The scope of the project includes the implementation of a new Delayed Coking complex with a feed capacity of 2 MTA (34,500 Barrel Per Stream Day). The Project will be executed inside the existing Omsk Refinery and will be mainly aimed at expanding its capacity for the conversion of heavy residues while maximizing liquid product and producing anode grade quality coke.

Responsibilities:

• Works in line with the Project Construction Subcontracts Administration Procedure (PCSAP);
• Correctly fills-in Ks-2, KS-3 and KS-6a forms;
• Checks in detail the calculations submitted by Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts"; in particular, verifies quantities (to be calculated in accordance with the drawings issued for construction and in accordance with the Methods of Measurement defined in the Subcontract), verifies correct application of unit prices (to be in accordance with the contract price list, and Subcontract requirements), verifies correctness of all calculations (arithmetic);
• Works with Subcontracts Administration Engineer Leader (SAE Leader) in the evaluation and verification of extra works;
• Works with SAE Leader in other Subcontract Administration activities such as back charge application, Liquidated Damages evaluation, Closeout activities;
• Takes part in the preparation of backup documents to be signed by Subcontract Administration Manager (SAM);
• Expedites and ensures timely receipt of accountings and other deliverables from Subcontractors;
• Maintains proper filing of all Subcontracts and accounting documents in accordance with PCSAP.

Qualification:

• University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaker;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Good organizational skills and accuracy;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills.

Experience:

• Five (5) years relevant field experience in EPC projects;
• Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size;
• Experience working on Contractor side.
