We are looking for a poultry specialist (nutrition & technology) based in Russia (Central Russia is preferable).

Scope:

Technical service support to the sales team and local partners within the Area/CIS in accordance with projects and budgets;
Collecting marketing and technical data, monitoring poultry business performance, benchmarking in the Area
Development of the technical service programs and action plans for KAs in collaboration with AE and Regional technical and scientific forces
Collaborate and communicate to other Area/Region teams to achieve general objectives of the Area (CIS) and Region (Europe)

Main tasks:

Following action plans and missions set, visiting poultry farms, KOLs, Labs to achieve the targets and to expand the knowledge of Adisseo product portfolio and services, as well as know-how for the poultry industry in CIS
Improving continuously professional skills, getting new knowledge in the fields of poultry nutrition and technology
Organization of and participation in seminars, fairs, round tables etc., locally as well as globally
Preparing professional technical presentation on products and services and presenting them to the local poultry industry sector
Consulting/training of AE sales force and local dealers on Adisseo product portfolio for poultry
Participating in a public relation and communication professional programs – KOL, web-resources, professional unions, webinars etc.
Setting and scheduling on-farm-trials and getting reports according to standards of Adisseo. Writing and placing scientific-technical articles in the local industry magazines within a marketing budget
Reporting to Technical director and ASM in time on regular basis
Providing information protection and confidentiality for the data which are relevant

Required qualification:

5 years of practical experience in the poultry industry of Russia (in the position of zootechnic/ veterinary/ technology management). Positive references within the industry
Education: Poultry nutrition or/and Veterinary
Analytical and creative
Good team player
Energetic and self-driven
Communicative
Responsible and accurate
Good knoledge of Russian and English is mandatory
